Suzanne St. John-Crane joined American Leadership Forum in March of 2016, having been through both Classic Class XXV and the inaugural Urbanism Class XXXIV. St. John-Crane has worked in community media for the last twenty-four years, having served as the founding executive director for two community television stations in the Bay Area including CreaTV San Jose. Suzanne was named one of Silicon Valley’s 100 Women of Influence in 2012 by the Business Journal and currently serves on the boards of The Silicon Valley Organization, ALF National and is the Chair Emeritus for HomeFirst. Suzanne oversees ALF's vision, strategy, fundraising and foundational Fellows program.

Andrea spent thirteen years in senior development positions in Silicon Valley arts organizations including San Jose Repertory Theatre, TheatreWorks, and Ballet San Jose. She also served as City Lights Theater Company’s Producing Director. Before coming to ALF, she was Program Officer for the Performing Arts at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation where she oversaw a portfolio of more than 100 grantees. Andrea is currently the Chief Operating Officer at ALF where she oversees operations, finance, human resources, and the execution of fundraising strategy. As a member of the leadership team she is instrumental in developing organization and program strategy and outcome measurement and evaluation.
Jenny Niklaus, MA, LMFT

Jenny has a 25+ year record of impact based work in a variety of service based nonprofits in Santa Clara County. She has worked with women and children who were victims of violence, those living in poverty and seniors. Prior to coming to ALF as its Chief Impact Officer, Jenny was the CEO of HomeFirst Services. Jenny is a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner and serves on the leadership team for the Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits.

Mark grew up in Ohio, graduated from Swarthmore College and moved to California in 2003. He worked for United Way in Cincinnati and San Jose before joining ALF in 2016. He loves to play sports and is a huge fan of the NBA and the Golden State Warriors. At ALF, Mark manages the data and technology systems in addition to accounts payable and receivable.
