ALF provides four specific paths for Fellows and Senior Fellows to engage with on-going education: ALF Refresh, Class Dialogues, Courageous Conversations and Network Meetings.
- ALF Refresh: Senior Fellows are invited to participate in this six month “ALF 2.0” class facilitated by ALF Fellows Program Director Greg Ranstrom. Refresh is based upon Greg’s Culture in Actionä approach for building thriving teams and organizations. Learn more and register.

- Courageous Conversations: Senior Fellows host quarterly dialogues about issues related to social justice, racism and inequity for the entire ALF Network. Click here for ALF’s events calendar.
