Access the wisdom of a trusted group of peers to navigate your current opportunities and challenges. As with your Fellows experience, you will develop deep and trusting relationships with diverse leaders who will both support you and challenge you. You will gain more clarity, strength and wisdom to bring your best self to the networks in which you lead.
It takes deliberate structure, practice and skill to connect diverse groups. That’s ALF’s secret sauce and we are extending this magic combination of diverse relationships, mindful dialogue and confidential support to Senior Fellows for the first time ever.

Refresh is based upon Greg’s Culture in Action™ approach for building thriving teams and organizations. Beyond the deep personal benefits of participating in Refresh, you will also learn how to apply the approach with your teams and organizations.
How the Course Works
- Participants review resources prior to each of the six sessions.
- Participants complete a brief personal assessment prior to each of the six sessions.
- Your cohort meets for six sessions over eight months.
We teach one skill during each session AND we conduct the complete Culture in Action™ process during every session. The first and last sessions include a few extra lessons to create the context and facilitate the ongoing application of the learning.
Plan on about 20 minutes to prepare in advance of each session.
It’s about you. We are each pulled in many directions as we navigate our work and life. Refresh creates a space among trusted peers to generate clarity to move forward with wisdom and strength.
Each session follows the same format.

During each session, your Refresh cohort will support you in clarifying and exploring your innovative quests and in generating next step actions. Your quests can be personal or work related. It’s entirely up to you and what you would like to explore with a small group of remarkable people.
