ALF is offering a 2-part Fostering Belonging training series with Ben McBride, Founder, Empower Initiative. Ben will inspire and equip leaders to create systemic and cultural change for belonging in your organizations – from corporate to community settings. Invite your colleagues and team to join with you.

- Understanding why belonging matters to all of us
- Understanding the science of implicit bias and how to overcome it
- Practices to bridge across differences of race, gender and culture.
- Organizational processes that foster belonging

- The fee for the 2-part training is $75 for individuals and $50/person for groups.
