Fellows Class XLIII Reaches a Milestone

Class XLIII “Trades Up” on its leadership contexts.

Last month, Class XLIII was hosted by current ALF Fellow Tamara Alvarado at the Packard Foundation’s Taaffe House, where the group participated in a powerful session with Christie Hardwick (Class XIV), author of Radical Self-Tenderness: How Nurturing Your Own Soul Can Help Heal the World.

The Fellows explored “contexts” or mental models that influence their behavior and outcomes. They shared and received peer feedback about “trading up” to more powerfully express their leadership to achieve their personal and professional goals, including those for the common good.

Class XLIII heads into October at roughly the halfway point in their year-long Fellows Program journey. As always, keep an eye on this space as we continue to update you on their progress and move into the second half of the curriculum schedule.

Meet Class XLIII.

EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE. TRANSFORMATIVE YEAR.

For over thirty years, ALF has carefully curated a diverse cross-sector cohort of up to twenty-eight senior leaders for an intense one-of-a-kind leadership development experience.

Through the ALF Fellows Program, leaders reach outside of their professional training and networks to explore stories and strategies that raise our collective human consciousness, deepen empathy and expand our ability to see, feel, and lead in this new paradigm.
