The Power of We: Coming Together for our Multiracial Democracy

Creating a Multi-Racial Community of Care, Accountability, & Solidarity

Senior Fellows who identify as people of color are invited to join to:
-Deepen relationships
-Appreciate our different experiences and shared values
-Build solidarity to rebalance power and create a culture that values everyone’s humanity

Join with an open heart and mind for deep listening and sharing as we build community together!

In this retreat, we will:
-Explore how we will come together following the election to build our multiracial democracy
-Reflect on the powerful solidarity and painful divisions we experienced during the election season and share insights to move us forward together
-Celebrate and heal through cultural arts and traditions

This is the sixth session in The Power of We series.
