Senior Fellows and friends are invited to this 1.5 day retreat in the redwoods at 1440 Multiversity in Scotts Valley. Participants will enjoy a mix of storytelling, dialogue and skill-building as we reflect on next steps in our leadership and life journeys.

 

  • Lucenscia CEO Michelle Maldonado:
    • Lucenscia is a human potential and mindful business transformation firm dedicated to developing leaders and organizations with positive impact in the world. A former corporate and technology attorney, Michelle now dedicates her time to helping leaders and their teams do their inner work to create outer impact. Her clients include corporate giants, universities and non-profit leaders, as well as the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. Customs Border Protection.   • 1440 Co-Founder Scott Kriens
    • Chairman and former CEO of Juniper Networks, Scott cofounded Juniper Networks in 1996, growing the company to $4 billion in global sales and more than 10,000 employees in 100+ countries. In 2010, Scott and his wife Joanie launched 1440 Foundation, a grantmaking organization committed to the cultivation of truly real and connected relationships, with self and others, as a basis for living well. The work of the Foundation led Scott and Joanie to launch 1440 Multiversity, a 21st-century learning destination in the California redwoods of Santa Cruz County. At his core, Scott is a learner and a builder, committed to finding new ways to tie the world around us to that which is real and powerful within us—whether for the purpose of building teams as a leader in the tech industry or simply as an advocate for the path to living lives of true resonance.
  • Soul Coach Amari Romero-Thomas (Class XVI)
    • Amari Romero-Thomas is the founder of Wisdom Revealed, a spirit-based personal discovery and coaching/training organization and Mosaic Consulting and Coaching. Prior to creating Wisdom Revealed and Mosaic, Amari spent over 20 years in the non-profit and corporate sectors. Amari is a Certified Advanced Soul Coaching® Practitioner. She has found that improving your skills, expanding your knowledge, and goal setting only goes so far.  Having access to your Soul’s Truth brings it all together.
  • ALF CEO Suzanne St. John-Crane (Class XXV / Urbanism XXXIV)
    • Suzanne St. John-Crane joined American Leadership Forum in March of 2016, having graduated from Class XXV and Urbanism XXXIV. St. John-Crane worked in community media for the last twenty-four years, serving as the founding executive director of two Bay Area television stations. She has facilitated community leadership programs and storytelling workshops over the last twenty years, and is passionate about helping leaders realize their full potential.
