Congratulations to the Rapid Response Network in Santa Clara County & PACT’s Solidarity Network on their 2020 Exemplary Leadership Award!
Rapid Response Network in Santa Clara County with over 1,000 trained community volunteers and PACT’s Solidarity Network of over 70 congregations, offer solidarity and support for immigrants and build community power to create an inclusive, multi-racial community where everyone belongs. The Rapid Response Network is a collaborative community defense project led by Sacred Heart Community Service, PACT: People Acting in Community Together, Pangea Legal Services, LUNA: Latinos United for New America, Human Agenda, Amigos de Guadalupe, Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, the South Bay Labor Council, the Mexican Consulate, and directly impacted community leaders, with support from the City of San Jose Office of Immigrant Affairs and the Santa Clara County Office of Immigrant Relations.
