Class XLIV: Trading Up Our Leadership

For their September session, Trading Up our Leadership Contexts, the members of Class XLIV were hosted by Fellow Kevin Cook at the Sutter Medical Center in Burlingame.

Led by guest facilitator, ALF Senior Fellow Christie Hardwick (Class XIV), author of Radical Self-Tenderness: How Nurturing Your Own Soul Can Help Heal the World, the Fellows engaged deeply in the process of exploring “contexts” or mental models that influence their behavior and outcomes. They shared and received peer feedback about trading up to more powerfully express their leadership to achieve their goals within contexts of personal, professional, and the “common good.”

Next up for Class XLIV, marking the halfway point in their yearlong journey, the group gathers for their Exploring Power, Belonging & Equity session in the second week of October.
