Registration for the program (including accommodations) is on a first come, first served basis.  Commuter packages may be made available depending on space ($285/person). Lodging includes all meals, daily meditation and yoga classes, non-ticketed evening events, and use of the fitness center, steam rooms, whirlpool, and more!

Leading with Purpose is an invitation only, two and a half day, once in a lifetime retreat with 100 ALF Senior Fellows and other senior leaders in Silicon Valley who are commited to deepening their work and impact for the common good. 

In an intimate setting, you are invited to join honored guest Ela Gandhi, granddaughter to Mahatma Gandhi, along with ALFSV and Carry the Vision leaders to explore your life purpose and the potential for both your personal path as well as your work in the community. Emerge your ability to fully prosper and make a difference in the world, gain clarity on your work, and discover your path for serving the common good.
