For thirty years, ALF has carefully curated a diverse cross-sector cohort of senior leaders for an intense one-of-a-kind leadership development experience.
ALF‘s Network Development Committee selects up to twenty-eight leaders annually that have been nominated by the broader network of Senior Fellows, or graduates of the Fellows program.
ALF Silicon Valley has joined and strengthened more than 700 leaders since 1988.
The ALF Fellows Program brings together demonstrated leaders to explore network leadership to strengthen their capacity to address difficult and complex issues. Graduates of the program share a common understanding of, dedication to, and capacity for, acting as networked leaders.
ALF’s impact on the community springs from this engaged, vibrant, evolving and active network of leaders who, through the course of their life and work, inspire their colleagues to community action.
