“Are you ok?” Today, that is a big, complex question, and many of us are not. Yet, we don’t have supportive spaces to share our range of emotions in response to all that we are experiencing in this world.
The war in the Middle East is impacting many of us personally, and for those witnessing the tragedies, it’s almost unbearable to behold. Recent mass shootings, the upcoming election, and a multitude of unprecedented legal actions at state and federal levels can be very difficult to process—all while just trying to move through our daily lives.
Senior Fellows are invited to drop in on this virtual Wellness Check-In to offer and receive support from the network.
